Level 4 Certificate in Automotive Management
The level 4 Certificate is intended for:
First line and departmental managers currently working in management roles and experienced supervisors moving up to the role of department manager.
The qualification offers opportunities for managers working in Vehicle Sales, Service and Workshop, Bodyshop, Parts operations or any other departmental function in the automotive industry.
The qualification will provide you with the opportunity to evaluate develop and expand your management knowledge and skills. You can then use this knowledge to help you move up to the next level of management in the workplace and/or higher level automotive or management qualifications.
About the Level 4 Certificate
The aim of this knowledge based qualification (VRQ) is to offer managers working in the automotive industry the opportunity to develop and improve their skills and knowledge of management best practices and practical applications. Results frequently include business improvements in the work place such as improved efficiency, productivity, customer retention and profit.
This qualification provides individuals with the knowledge and understanding to progress to the Diploma level of management. Participants completing the level 4 certificate can carry 14 credits forward to their Diploma programme.
The Level 4 Certificate in Automotive Management is assessed through written assignment and/or an online test applied to each module.
Certificate qualification assignments are specifically contextualised for the automotive environment aiding your ability to apply the knowledge and skills you have gained during the programme in to the work-place.
To achieve the Certificate in Automotive Management you will need to accrue 26 Level 4 credits.
